I have been enjoying the leisure of boredom self employment for the last few weeks. As stated I placed and ad with the coast, it has been driving people to my website but I have not received any emails or phone calls yet. 4 more days to wow me. In the down time I have been knitting. I learned how to make gloves, and mittens. Below is my updated yarn stash as well as some of the things I have made over the past few days.

I am thinking of taking part in guerilla marketing tomorrow evening. The only problem is it is kind of controversial and risky. But you cant get a chance if you dont take a chance. And you never know it might get me some publicity. I just dont know what to do. You cant make money unless you have money to spend and I do not have an excess of cash flow right now. I dont know how other designers get the work. What am I doing wrong?

Did you know that when you write something in yellow text with a black outline and put it on top of an orange heart that has a bright blue square on it, your eyes burn?

I have no idea where I left off, so I will start fresh.

Last week I got tired of sitting on my thumbs waiting for life to happen. I opened an account with the coast and started placing online ads with them. I also had a meeting with the metro to place ads with them. The woman I spoke with is really cheerful and wants to help me out on this one. I am hoping this all pulls through.

Today I finished updating my website www.moongarm.com put up new pieces that I have done in the last 6 months, and re-organized them into years.

While at the theatre tonight I received a call from a company, but until I contact them back I will be keeping that info to myself. *glee*

Sunday was movie day. Beaky and I went to see Twilight which has to be the worlds worst movie, with the worst acting ever. The plot line was so truncated that anyone who has never been to public school might not understand the complexities of high school [end sarcasm]. And the thing that gives them away as vampires? LAME Greg took me out to see Bolt which was hilarious and cute. It made up for the first movie of the day.

My hours at work have officialy been cut. Im not sure I can count on hours after the next few weeks. Something about this arrangement just doesnt sit right with me. I am hoping that I am dead wrong but I always come prepared in these cases.

Today I am schmoozing, handing out a few resumes, and updating my website/reformatting my craptop. And Perhaps I will make brocolli soup.

If any one knows of a part time job coming open let me know… G, I might be staring you down right now.
